Lever Action

I need to know what are the best scope mounts for a lever action that the top moves to clear the chamer. Thanks for your help.

Is it angle eject or not?

If it is a top eject then I think you are S.O.L.

Honna,
If it's a top eject model, you will have to get a side mount, like I did. The scope will be offset to the left of the rifle barrel. It looks different;and some folks do not like it. But if you have normal abilities it is no problem to find the sight quickly.
There are a number of mounts, available that do not require drilling/tapping.
The only one still made is the Williams, which,in my opinion,is the best one.

In my opinion a scope on a lever action seems to defeat the purpose of a light, quick handling, fast shooting rifle. I suppose a Savage 99 or a Browning BLR would be the exception to this rule.

I kinda like the scope on the side. It gives you a clear view of the open sights also
