RE: Nikon Customer Service

I've sent bino's for alignment a couple times always had them back in about 10 days and they charged about $15 for it. I didn't think that was so bad since it was my fault.

RE: Nikon Customer Service

It really frosts me me selling a product to a new customer comes ahead of keeping a existing customer happy. When it comes to any kind of business, repeat customers are the most valuable asset a company can have. I have had great service from Bushnell as well. I have had almost no problems with 20 or so Bushnell scopes I have had but when I do have any problem they make it right FAST. I am looking at a new Nikon Pro staff for a new rifle thats on its way. Has anyone had expierence with them. I am looking at the 3x9. Its about 25.00 less at Walmart than the Luepold rifleman. I am going to try the Rifleman After XMAS.:)

RE: Nikon Customer Service

It appears that that is no competition in the area of customer service, as Nikon' s appears to non-existent
I have e-mailed Nikon-USA twice with a question about repairing a camera. Despite their statement on their Custormer Service web page that "all inquiries will be answered within four days", I have received nothing from them at all, not even an acknowledgement that they have received the inquiry! I'd say Nikon "custormer service is as you described - nonexistent!!
