454 Raging bull review w/ pics FINALLY
well i finally took her out to see what she could do.
the range i went to is an indoor range.
max distance is i believe is 50 feet.
i was shooting the Magtech 260 gr round first.
gun performed flawlessly.
kick was noticable but not near the climb that a 500 S&W delivers, which meant quicker follow ups and control for me.

Glad you like it. How was your accuracy? The porting on the Raging Bull helps quite a bit. How about posting some eye candy in the form of pics? The .454 Casull is 1 of my all time favorite revolver cartridges, along with the .41 magnum.

RE: 454 Raging bull review
wow
i didn't even finish the write up
turned my computer off and didn't think it would have saved it let alone post it
the Magtechs were good BUT they had a tendency to stick in the cylinder when attempting to eject
this didn't happen till i had about 10 rounds through her but it was a slight problem
accuracy of the roud was good
i don't have a scope so the groups were a little wide at 50 feet but still in a pie plate
next i shot weatherby 300 gr XTP Mag loads
even after the 20 of the Magtechs the weatherbys fell out pratically when ejecting
at $21 a box they are great ammo and probably what i will go with when hunting deer and possibly elk
my hand was a little oar after 25 straight rounds
took al but 10 minutes
but this mourning my hand is fine
I think for what it is priced the Taurus Raging Bull is a fine hunting revolver
