I have a 7600 carbine in 308. It will put three shots into little wee roups with 180 gr. fusion's.

I picked up a limited run Rem 7600 in 7-08 with black laminate last year. What a sweet shooter. Dropped a spiker and a doe where they stood with 140 grain ballistic ST's. Looking to try out the Barnes TSX this year...just for S***s & Giggles.

I loves them 760/7600 guns. I will shoot against any gun out there, plus in the brush I can crank it out faster than a bolt gun. I have hunted a pump since 1968 and never looked back. I love the carbine. But it really isn't a bench gun. But then again when I'm shooting at game I never hear or feel it!! 30-06 all the way, if you are recoil shy, look at the 243 carbine!
