Valmet Scope/rings?

I have a Valmet 12/222 and I want to mount a Leupold 2x7 shotgun scope on it and want to keep the profile as low as possible. Does anyone have a suggestion as to rings, (remember they have to attach to a dovetail)?

Is this a 412??? If so, what about using the QD base and rings Valmet sold for them??

They really do go back to zero when put back on, and are very strong...

I have heard of and seen that mount. It is a bit expensive at $300.00. I am really looking for soemthing less expensive.

Look for a used one, i walked into a gunshop one day, and there was a nice used one for $95. bucks. My friend bought it, and has since bought another someplace else.

I've seen them go for $195. on evilbay several times in the past, so $300. is a rip off!
