Got a new blackpowder rifle deal
 

Well, I was going to querrie the members about how to buy a black powder rifle.
Talked with some of the BP users at work and all had different favorites but the name brands were all OK. Than I found out the warehouse for Traditions is 10 miles south from where I work. In the North East this happens stores/factories 10 miles away are missed among all the places there are. I drove to the distrabution center for Traditions and they have a small showroom with dent and scratch guns. and some new also. Well after a while with the sales person she said somewhere in the back was a Lightning 50 long distance 26" fluted barrel SS identical to the new one she was showing me $249. The Scratched one was $169. She could not find it and gave me the new one for $169.

A good day for me and I am new to this and will be asking a lot of Questions.

First of all congrats on your new " Grandson" . That sounds like one heck of a deal on the traditions. I shoot with a number of guys who have the traditions MLer, none of whom complain. They seem to be a pretty decent MLer and hold up well when shooting against some of the more notables in accuracy. You should have a great gun and be ready for some fun. (the boy and the gun!!!!!!!)
