Has anyone had a chance to try out the new Savage Accu Trigger and how was it?

Yes, it has just recently come out. I have not had a chance to work with one yet, but I hope to soon. If anyone gets to it first, please post comments.

I would guess these can be retro-fitted to older Savage bolts?I to am very interested in what they are like and what they end up costing.Maybe I' ll contact Fred at Sharp Shooters Supply and get the skinny on them.

i also think i might get one if i ever get around to buying a rifle. a good trigger on a factory rifle once again.

Word is that the new savage rifles with the acu-trigger have a different reciever and the acu-trigger won' t fit the savages already out there.I hear the new reciever even takes different scope mounts.Bummer! I got an almost brand new savage 12FV that has just started to break in and settle down on group size and I want the new stainless with the acu-trigger.:(Savage also says the trigger won' t be sold aftermarket but only available in new guns [:@]Just when I thought I had it all together I find this out.

I ordered my new savage 22-250 with the accu trigger today should be here thursday ill let you all know how it is
