Length-of-Pull looks really long too. Are you really tall?

To give you some constructive criticism...I don't like it so much. Of course, stock design is a subjective thing, but I can see a few things that really turn me off about it. One, the lines are TOO sharp...way too "Eurotrash"-like for my taste. Not to mension that the sharp edges will not feel real nice when you carry it through the woods all day, let alone spend any real time shooting the rifle. Second, the Monte Carlo cheekpiece looks like it is too high and too short. Maybe the pictures are distorted. Third, the LOP appears WAY too long. Now, you may be a VERY tall guy, I don't know, but I'm 6'4" and I doubt I am anywhere near tall enough to shoulder that stock comfortably and naturally. I'd make felt recoil much harsher than it has to be. Lastly, the pistol grip is cut way too far back from the trigger. It looks like an English style straight shotgun stock that had the pistol grip curve added as an afterthought.

Bottom line. I commend your effort. I doubt that I could have done any better myself, but I speak as one of your potential future customers, and I wouldn't pay you for that stock. Keep practicing, though, and I'm sure that you will do better next time. Don't give up.

Good luck,

Mike

I like it. However, I do see what others are saying. The trigger assembly LOOKS way too far forward from the grip and the edges are sharp. If these things are unique to you and that's how you planned it, way to go. If not, you may want to take a look at those things in the future. Nice job!

The edges and angles are stylish. The proportions look to be way off for an average sized guy.

I've got all sorts of opinions about that stock, but until I can make one better...
