Warne makes decent mounts and rings. Look at Talleyas well, for only a few $ more.

Yep, I have Warnes and they are great, but I have also heard good things about the Talleys. You can't go wrong with either of them.

bigbulls/1shot 1kill/jeepkid,
As bigbulls stated not for the SAME $$$$
However, I heard "others" talk about Talley and Millet being the top of the line.
Are "they" that much better than Warne or do you get alot for a few more dollars.

I don't know if I would throw Millet in the same league as Talley or even Warne. Millet rings are decent and the one thing I dolike about them, is both front and rear rings can be adjusted for windage of need be. No, Warne and Talley do not cost the same. You will spend a litlte more for Talley.

1shot 1kill,
Are the Talley's worth it in your opinion(additional money aside)?
I want to buy a Burris signature select scope, would you consider the signature select bases and rings?
I have heard good and bad comments aboutthe "new" signature selectrings.

I would probably go with the Burris Zee rings if you want to stay all Burris. They have a teflon insert in them to align the scope. Scope top benchrest shooters are even using them with $1500+ scopes.

jeepkid,
I understand that the "coating" insures that the rings will never leave a mark on your scope.
The negative comments I heard was "difficulty" in mounting the scope to the rings/rings to the scope.
I might be able to live with that; my question is do they compare in terms of quality, to let's say Warne?
