No, I've never heard of the barrel activator, but thanks for the info. I'm don't believe theMossberg guns have anything like this, but I'm planning to give them a call tommorrow to get some info, so I will check.
By the way, thanks Retaks for all the info. I went to Cabela's and picked up 4 boxes of sabots tonight including a couple boxes of the Federal Barnes Expander Sabots you recommended.
I'll let you know what happens after I make out to the range.
