I havn't heard of them. There's several different mounts available for mosin nagants on market. The brand that makes mounts for god knows what all and is always no gunsmithing type is B-square. Any of their mounts does not require any drilling, tapping, welding,or milling.

Darrel's are top notch and require no permanent modifications- they are of far higher quality than anything else out there for scout style mounts for M-N rifles.
