RE: Browning A-Bolt Trigger
NOW. Don't flame me for this but I was told by an old Browning man that the first time you adjust a Browning trigger, you should have it done by a good gunsmith. This he claims is because you almost always have to change some springs to get a good trigger pull. I had him adjust my A-bolt trigger and man is it sweet. He is not a gunsmith and didn't charge me anything for the job. OK, I did buy him lunch. He shoots Browning rifles and Shepard scopes.

I may have to set mine back up a little. I think he has it down about 2 lb. With gloves, you would never feel that trigger until it broke.

RE: Browning A-Bolt Trigger
James, my 700 is at 2 3/4 and that is as low as I'd want a biggame rig in our climates. Like you said gloves have to be factored into the equation.
