Here we go again.**NOW add Trophyhunter to the list**

huntersnest backed out of my deal .I had sent payment and am still waiting for the money to be returned.olcrip bought an item from him and still hasn't received it in over 3 weeks.trophyhunter also paid for the same item as olcrip.
worst part is theUNWILLINGNESS to communicate toany of us with status of each shipment.
supposedly having personal issues with upcoming baby.I can understand that, but he's online here regularly and still doesn't return emails,PMs or calls.
**BE ADVISED.**

But I believe that two different folks tried that tracking # and it would not work. They said it was not a working tracking #.

seems ,every deal you've got going on here is tied up by your lack of communications or some other BS.Like i said above,i'll retract if or when you come clean .

I don't know what your going to do with Trophy Hunter because he also paid you for the scope you sold me. You accepted his funds (five days after you sold it to me) for a scope that I had already paid for,that's fraud. You had no intention of sending the scope to either one of us. The fire we lit under you that you fueled is burning you deep. You brought it on yourself CROOK. When my scope gets here I'll post it on the board that it did arrive. both the scopes and the refund money order has already been shipped i have no control how long they take in transit it sounds like you all have been riiiiiped at some point and if you all feel this uptight about buying online you should not be doing it i dont rip people off although i have been stung online i rarely buy online anymore

The refund moneyorder arrived today 7/30.only took 9 days.Good by hunteresrest standards i guess.Olcrip got his scope around 4 weeks later. trophyhunter hasn't received either his money or a scope,yet.I wish him luck.

As for Huntersnest :Everyone can draw their own conclusions on how he handles his transactions and deal with him accordlingly.As he so eloquently puts it; We should all get a job and quit ragging on him.We're at fault and he's REALLY a great guy.i'm paraphraseing of course,but that pretty much covers the PMs i've received. i guess everyone is intitled to his opinion!

I've never seen someone who refused to communicate....then blamed everyone else who tried to buy their product..... multiple times ..... even though there was a limited number for sale.... It would have all gone away if he had just said ...I made a mistake and here is the deal..... or maybe he did exactly what he wanted to do , and just hoped everyone would roll over and play dead and write off the loss.

TrophyHunter, Fullcircle got his refund on30 July 08. That's six days ago, time to rattle his cage again. Don't PM him this time, you need to make everybody aware of his antics. Do it on the Forum and kick his butt. He's stalled enough and Bull#%*ed us long enough.

Sorry to hear ,Trphyhunter is still waiting.I'll be surprised if any of us hears from him any time soon.He mentioned his lack of control of transit times in his last post.i smell a "lost in transit "coming on the second scope.i hope i'm wrong.[&o]

TrophyHunter, I have all the paper work and correspondences put together. I have a standing appointment with the Rock Island Postmaster to see about pressing charges. I have his phone numbers, his email addresses and both his New York addresses. The one you probably used was a PO box wasn't it? The postal Money Orders and the use of a PO box to defraud is what the postmaster is looking to hang him on along with the payment instructions in writing to you five days after he sold me the scope. His postal ass is grass and Bill Wilson is tuning his mower.[:@]

i have tried to contact him thru e-mail, pm`s and even phone calls he won`t reply ro pick up the phone..
i have just got back the certified letter i was instucted to send him by my post master,next step is contacting his local law enforcement..
