Place the decoys 10 - 13 yards from your blind. You'll think that that is too close, but it will suck the birds into bow range before they hang up. Make sure the inside of your blind is dark so they don't see you in there. Also, make sure that you have a jake or two, and make it look like they are pestering your hens. This always works good for me. Especially when I started setting the decoys closer to my blind.
