We need an optics forum to discuss such things as riflescopes, binoculars, spotting scopes, and rangefinders.

Agreed. Not sure why there's such resistance on this one. Scope questions get posted all over the place, not to mention Bino's, even sunglasses.I think were supposed to post optics threads in Hunting Gear. Most people post scope questions in the Guns forum. maybe Optics could be a sub forum of Guns.

I agree, I am not quite sure where to post questions/comments on optics, and they do seem to get placed all over the place. Optics is one of those topics that can be useful in many different areas and aspects of the hunting community and deserves its own forum!!

agreed fellas, both of these topics generated for hunters, (optics and reloading) have been talked about for a while now. you would think that such a simple tasks could be made to keep the regulars happy
