Thanks for all your votes, even though it didn't happen here - I do have a place set up for those interested in working with raptors at FalconryForums.com or RaptorForums.com - either URL will call up the board...

i agree with that one ive never hunted with a bird nor do i intend to but id enjoy reading some peoples tips and stories and all on it

I am interested in interchanging patterns to make pointed hoods
(hoods) I I have many patterns of gloves, jesses, lures.

also I have blocks to mold hoods of ron rollins.

So that Admin knows there is an interest out there for a forum dedicated to Raptors and hunting with them.

The problem is having someone knowedgeable to moderate it, and enough interest generated. I do not think any of us hunt with Hawks/Falcons or Owls, as it is illegal without specific permits. Not to mention one has to have a license to hunt with them, which takes years of training and certification to obtain.
