So what do you think mods? If you would be willing to consider it, it would be greatly appreciated. If this is something that you don't feel is necessary, I guess that is okay too.

I know this thread was started back in march and april but I love this idea. Any reason why there isn't one now? seemed like a lot of people were in favor of this. I sure vote for it! anyways, just curious as to why it isn't up

I am actually taking SERE (Survival, Evasion, Resistence and Escape) Next year and then I may go get my Instructor... I want to teach Survival/First Aid for Boyscouts and Civilians so if this happens we should all get together and maybe teach each other. ( wow i live a boring life, lol)

heres another vote ................i figured id give my little list
that i take every where...multi function tool,matches,lighter,old lighter flints(from bic's),50 ft of fishing line 10 lb test,5 hooks,2 splitshots,1 page of paper,bandaids/gause pads,emergency blanket(from camping isle),popsiclesticks,2 1gal frezerbags,5 rubberbands,small magnifying glass,
a makup mirror(old one from wife),small flashlight,snake bite kit,razorblade,
20ozbottle water,a can of tuna in water,and some beefjerky.
i know it seems reduclius but anything can happen and im sure im not covered for all of them....great idea gl be safe and happy hunting
