You can download it on your reply screen it's next to where you enter the text size. I don't have it but I know a lot of people whom need it.

Here is what I use, works great. On some versions of explorer the ABC check box does not show up and you have to go under tools to use it. But on my new dell it is right next to the quote box like said above,

Then it should be made public you can do this... there are some pretty bad spellers on this site!:D
