I will never purchase another Barnett product, customer service sucks and they do not care, My last Barnett xbow has the hand crank cocking device, After just 3 years the cocking string frayed, I can not get a replacement from Barnett, The tell me my xbow was discontinued and they do not have replacement string for cocking mechanism, FUNNY I can get parts for a 20 year old washing machine, or a 409 year old car !! The can kiss my hairy white $^&
