Southeast Kansas Hunters/Anglers
I am looking to get in touch with other physically challenged hunters and anglers. Iam alsodisabled. I am starting, and doing what I can to have an impact in my immediate area, Southeast Kansas, and with time I will be able to help other too. If you live in SE Kansas, or know of a disabled hunter or angler in Southeast kansas I would really like to get in touch with them. They can email me at
[email protected] or they can go to a group I just started at groups.msn.com/sekoutdoors Thank you. Joe |
RE: Southeast Kansas Hunters/Anglers
Hey, Joe!
Good to see ya'... You might know me as "LowPro", from the PCBA board?! I've been wondering how you were doing? |
RE: Southeast Kansas Hunters/Anglers
Yes I do remember ya, hows it going? Had some real wild weather over here. Talked to the PCBA, got a crossbow on the way when they can dig out from the snow back east! Let me know if you think you will ever be over my way, would like to talk to ya, or shoot me your phone number, I have a lot of questions, and you can help answer them, plus I have some good news about hunting, I will share in a non public place!

Hi Joe -
It's nice to see a familiar name.I just joined up. Not sure you remember but we spoke in the MSN group, Hunting & Fishing for People with Disabilities. Let us know about your progress every so often. Be well or as well as you can be, Rob |
RE: Southeast Kansas Hunters/Anglers
Hey man, nice to hear from you! I am actually trying to get the money together to go on a hunt in Elk City Kansasa NWTF is hosting, I just cant seem to come up with gas and hotel money! It sucks as it really is not that far away- but you know what I mean on the tight budget. I am on a lot of different boards, and most I get a weekly or daily digest from the MSN boards- so feel free to post something for me if you need to! Are you going to go get a sping turkey this year?

Joe -
I'm going to give it my best shot. I don't own an ATV as yet, but know three guys who told me they'd put my butt on the back of theirs to go hunting. What I'd like to find is a landowner who would let me set up my blind on his property prior to the season so that it becomes part of the landscape. MaybeI could ride my electric scooter to it and make myself confortable waiting for Tom. We'll see. Rob |
