my grandfather

It should first be said that several years ago, my grandfather stopped coming down to our deer camp, due to 2 hip surgerys and a terminally ill wife. We miss having him down there.
Yesterday, he and I took a day-trip to my other grandpa's property, where the deer hunting takes place. We were to do some rabbit hunting and possibly some coyote hunting, but mostly the trip was just to allow people to spend time together, who rarely get to see one-another.
We made a few stands for coyotes in the morning, but due to my grandfather's limited mobility, we were unable to get far from the truck.
We were no more successfull on the rabbits, due to the 65 degree weather and sluggish dogs.
This was, however, one of the most fun days of hunting that I have ever experienced. It wasn't about the hunting, so much as the time spent together.
This post does have a point.
Do any of you have any tips that would allow hunters with limited mobility to better pursue game?

RE: my grandfather

I don't know where you are from so I don't know your hunting law's. Here in Pa. I have a permit to shoot from a quad or vehicle. I use both to be able to keep doing what I enjoy '' hunting''. We have trail's through out the state that is legal to use a vehicle or quad on. It is not the kind of hunting I'am used to but I now take what I can get.*************ogo
