I'm not in the contest so I shouldn't say anything....but. Virginia also doesn't have any tags. In fact we just went to a system similar to GA this year. You have license that has perforated notches and you tear the notch out and can check the deer in or call it in and get a number that you write next to the notch. Much nicer than the old system where you had this little tag that would fall off during the drag because it got wet or snagged. I usually put it inside the deers ear to help keep from loosing it. As a landowner (or child or grandchild of the landowner) you don't even have to buy a license but you still have to check it in or call it in when you kill one.

BTW Annie, always use a fill flash, even in daytime. Takes out shadows and makes colors more vibrant. I take at least 20 shots with my digital camera from all kinds of angles. I only get that chance once and it doesn't cost anything to take a ton of pics on a digital. Congrats anyways.
