I'm in Prince William County, and I'll be hunting at Phelps, Thompson, and maybe Rapidan or the TJGWNF unless I can get a lease together with some other people on the forum.

I'll also be hunting in Maryland on some private land. I'm expecting better results there than here on Virginia public lands, to be honest. Still, the hunt's more than just shooting a buck, IMHO.

I hunt private property all to myself in King William county, so whatever is around will be mine (granted that I see it). Theres about 500 or so acres behind me where nobody even hunts w/ a blackpowder gun, so I'm hoping that some of their deer will also venture onto my side of the property. This contest has made it that much more exciting and I can't wait to get out and do some hunting.
