I liked the idea of the Wild West style wanted poster. Picture of a big buck, maybe some crossed rifles or shotguns, our names, and of course that slogan I thought of at the bottom. I try to avoid clutter in banners like that, so keeping it simple with some good color schemes would do the trick. The point of focus should be the buck, in the center.
