Probably gonna cut off the signup this Sunday and draw teams. We have some folks starting in Sept. and October.......We have 44 signed up right now.........I was thinking about having 10 five man teams. I think with smaller teams each entry is more important to the team concept.

Folks, Hey....I am going to check with Admin to see if everything is okay with this...perhaps go with pics , green scores, really not sure what you all have in mind. Just a good buck with a picture post and a story sounds great to me. If it is, lets say a 10 year olds first deer than that should be counted as such! Be it 3 or 4 pts. All members that are rifle hunters should be included IMO if they choose to particpate. The deer has to be shot with a rifle and preferably only ONE TIME, No word from Admin as yet but any stories about anything other than one shot, one kill or anything going against the grain will not be considered. We all know that we learn from our mistakes though....I think a story like that may be acceptable?? Thanks in advance folks....

I have an email out to Admin and will let all know what I find out. Season is right around the corner!! Whooooo Hooooooo!!!!

In this contest you are considered a gun hunter, unless you specify you will be hunting "bow only"!! Can't do both. The reason being, you must enter your first deer taken and many like myself are in the bow contest and we must count our first bow kill. Then we wouldn't have a chance to enter a gun kill at a later date.

So which way you hunting Pa-bow-man??? Bow or gun??
