According to the seaon review in the Annual issue of Bowhunting World, Arkansas & Louisiana deer seasons end on Feb. 15th. Those were the latest seasons to close.

Sounds like Feb. 15th would be the best cut-off date. I agree w/ everyone else...just whenever the last state to end its season.

in ohio are season closes on jan 31st so i think it should be feb 15th for the buckeyes

i dont think that it would be fair to stop the contest before all archery seasons all closed so i say the last day for entries should be the last day a contestant is allowed to hunt. which i am guessing wouldn't be too long after the mid january months?

Heck ya Fieldmouse. I'll be down there 4th, 5th, 6th of Feb - 8th is Fat Tuesday.
We usually have a pretty darn good time. Could always use another person to help drink all that beer
