Congratulations Team 8!!!! My puter is unavailable for the moment, so I am making once-in-a-while trips to the library.[>:]

Glad you guys are doing so well. So far, this looks to be my worst season in many many years. Some things have changed as far as some land ownership, logging in a couple of areas, and the early harvest of crops are really gonna test me this season.

I'll check back with you all later and hopefully I can help out our team eventually.

Alright, way too go guys.:)
I Been moving stands around today. Saw a 2 pointer and 2 does. I'll be hunting these stands hard in the next 3 days. Weather conditions are just now changing as showers are expected all of this week and tempertures have been high 30's (f) to mid 60's. I am just now just seeing signs of the pre-rut kicking in as the last week in Nov is the peak. I hope that I can hold out that long.

Nice lookin buck Lefty, Keep piling them on, the more inches the better. I'm going to get out this afternoon (in the rain) and see if I can nail one heading out to the green field. I'll be hunting where I've seen my 12 pointer and a big 10. Please let one come by within range. I've been hunting this 12 pointer since he was an 8. He's between 4-6 years old. He is definite P&Y class. I just hope I don't settlefor a lesser buck, but to get one in would be great and just increase our total. Good luck to all the rest of the season and lets put the hammer to the rest of the teams.

Good luck 02bhntn on that 12pt! That would sure raise the bar a little higher;) Good luck to you to bobby!! With the pre-rut getting started maby a nice buck will be on the move this weekend in your direction as well.;) Couger Mag sorry to here your season is starting off so bad but maby these thing can work in your advantage and you can score big;) Goodluck to you as well . As for me i will be hunting some property that i saw some very nice bucks on last yr. I hunted there last sunday but only saw a 4pt and 3 doe`s[&:] Temps was worm here last weekend in the high 70`s. But we had a cold front move through today and temps dropped down in to the low 40`s.;) I found 5 different scrapes last weekend as well. Maby it want be long before i have a chance at something.;) Congrats to the one`s that have scored And Goodluck to the one`s that have not.-GO TEAM-8;)

Uh, sorry, a little late on the scene I realize, but my brain has not registered it was hunting season until the past week (stress, life, warm weather, etc..). Anyway, a week off work coming up and in the woods! Good to be here.

Saw a 6 pointer underneath me today. That was nice considering the wind was gusting to 30 mph and the wind chill was a little cool. ANyone else getting any time out in the woods?

Well team i took my 9yr old son gun hunting sat-10-16-04 and he was able to take his first deer a doe;) I went bowhunting on sunday, And had a small six pt chase a doe under my stand. I started to take him, but with the sign i have been finding I would like the chance to take something a little bigger. He mite have scored 40pts[&:] I am allowed to take two bucks here.But the season is early And Have seen that buck four times already this season;) Maby i will have something a little bigger come along soon and take one for the team;). Saw another monster tonight. Too bad I could not shoot him. After my fifth doe of the season already. The pre rut is on now here in Minnesota. I have been seeing bucks running around with a ton of new scrapes everywhere. Lets go Elite 8 I would like to win this thing.

I have no time for hunting right now but will be there soon. The reports are awesome. Stay tuned.:)
