Nice antelope.

RBBH
We do have bald eagles in PA, I've only ever saw a couple and not real close. Suprisingly though my sister saw one this summer flying over the little league baseball field. Go figure.

I've seen several bald eagles here in northeast Oklahoma. Not far from my home there is a dam and certain times of the year when there are several of the flood gates open there will be several eagles flying around catching fish.

Hey buckslayer, that's a nice looking antelope buck. I might have to look into one of those hunts. Was that buck taken on public land or a WMA?

Yeah, I can't wait either.

I'm getting all my honeydo's out of the way now so I'm clear for fall.

We need some rain here, my food plots are gonna dry up.
All the farmers are harvesting hard right now. I've been able to see alot of great deer running around.

You can have some of our rain. We got hit pretty hard with ivan, most of the counties around me are federal disaster areas. I live on a hill I fared rather well. 7" of rain is a lot.

Although I am excited for the season, I doubt I will have a big one come by early to shoot. I'll just be looking to fill doe tags early on. I have 5 of em.

Scouted 4 private farms I have permission to hunt in Crawford PA. last Sunday. 3 farms had great buck sign. In ohio had fresh buck scrapes along my woods which borders farmers field today. Come on deer season.

Sat out last night in the rain. I knew as soon as it ended the deer would be on the move. About 6:30 -6:45 the first doe and fawns appeared in the soybeans. To make a long story short I ended up seeing 17 deer 6-bucks. Most of the deer were about 150 yards out except for 2 little bucks that walked by me. Hopefully tonight I can stick a doe and get on to hunting the big boy. I am in a Earn A Buck Zone here in WI, and needless to say I have yet to put the kabosh on a doe.
