Looking for Info

I have a rather large coyote problem and I am bordered by powerlines. Need best crossbow for hardwoods/swampy area. not looking to spend the bank but do have a few hundred to spend. All help welcome

Any quality cross bow is going to set you back several hundred dollars, especially by the time you add up the cost of bolts, broadheads and a sight system. I would suggest looking for a good used one as a budget buy. And stay away from the "no-names". These are likely poor qualioty and there will be little, if any, support should a problem arise. I have a Parker Tornado and it has done a super job. It is about 4 years old.

id be looking at used parkers, wicked ridge, may find an older excalibur in that range. Like Mojo said dont go with some no-name brand, id hate to have one of those things blow up in my face.

x2 on the wicked ridge. Great shooting crossbows, Fantastic customer service, and entry level price. Me personally, I try to buy new, just because I like to know the bows history best as I can.

You can buy one at a Pawn Shop and they should be at least half price.

I've been in a few pawn shops & I've yet to see a quality xbow for offer in one.

As I live along the Mi & Ohio line I'd expect to have seen one if easy to find there........but perhaps I'm not lucky.

I'd buy a good to high quality bow, from a dealer I trust. Far, far fewer concerns down the line that way in regards to service if ever needed.
