I have shot both 2 & 3 blade Rage heads out of Excal and I would not reccoment either one. Penetration was less than desirable, think they opened before impact.

I shoot nothing but the 2 blade rage out of my 10 pt, they fly just like target points. OVER THE LAST 2 YRS I HAVE KILLED FIVE DEER WITH THEM AND NOT ONE OF THEM WENT MORE THAN 100 YRDS WITH complete pass through. i would recomend the rage 2 blade you won't be sorry. A blind man can follow the blood trail.

I've killed a few deer with the 2 blade never had a problem and the blood trail..WOW...:D

No.....shoot the xbow ones...the o ring is stronger and keeps the blades closed over 300 FPS...

My uncle just shot a 3 blade (not the xbow broadhead) out of a Excaliber and 2 blades DIDN'T open. No blood for 90 yards and never found it.

If you use them, I agree with Honkers. Use the appropriate one.

Never had the Rage 2 blade open before impact! They have done great for me on the crossbow, no need for anyother broad head.:s2:
