That darn Parker bows !
They are absolutely the best in the business.
I have a repaired Cyclone ASAP.
Please read.
I have a 2009 Parker Cyclone and it is one awesome crossbow.
My first season with it I had not a single issue and took 3 deer that year.
A week before 2010 season I figured I better shot the bow.
I pulled the bow from the case and shot a few shots.
I was all over with my shots.
Looking at the crossbow closer, I noticed the cams were out of time.
I call Parker and they told me to send the front end into them to check out.
I was like, it is a week before my season and asked when they think I would get it back.
They replied we will turn it right around.
I sent it out on Wednesday and it was back in my hand on Friday.
Possible cause was one cable may have been was made from a different batch of material, which allowed it to stretch differently then the other cable.
No charge by Parker and I was only out of my bow for 3 days.
Awesome job Parker.
I pulled the Crossbow out for the 2011 season and it was perfect.
Was shooting exactly the same as I put it away.
Well Sunday ( 10/23/2011 ) I had deer at my stand that I did not want to spook off at dusk.
I waited till they walked off to get down from the stand, which was now dark.
When I got to my truck I pulled out my discharge arrow and fired it into my target bag.
It made a different, extremely loud noise.
I open the door of the truck and I could see only about three strand of the string were left.
On the ride home I could hear the bow making noises.
At home I looked and both limbs have also cracked.
Maybe I put the discharge arrow in wrong, I do not know exactly happened.
I called Parker first this in the morning.
I spoke to Jim, which listen to my problem and said , send her in.
I ask Jim if he had any idea of a turn around time ( being concerned with the up coming rut ) and he replied 2-3days.
I was fine with that.
So on 10/24/2011 I sent it out.
Well, today ( 10/26/2011 ) it was back on my door step.
WOW. Less then 24 hour turn around.
Also there wasn't any charge.
All I can say about Parker is, they will get every bit of my business and anyone that I can refer them to.
My Cyclone is a awesome bow, so not only does Parker have a awesome product, but their customer support is next to none, top notch, above and beyond.
I would like to thank everyone at Parker, Jim that took my call, and the technician that worked on my bow.
Thank you very much Parker.

That is a cool xbow. I have been looking at the parkers and think that one is the one I might get. How do you like the adjustable stock? I heard one review that said it kind of wiggles and was loose. Got my wife a parker stinger and we have had zero problems with it.

It adds resistance when adjusting the stock and keeps it perfectly silent.
I have no complaints.
