Default Homemade Rangefinder Mount

I think I'm going to try and make a mount to put my rangefinder on the side of my Varizone. Maybe by using a scope ring and picatinny rail or something along that line. Lightweight plexiglass and epoxy. I have a pressure switch from a cheap lazer sight that may work on the rangefinder. Would have to solder it in somehow if possible. Has anyone else made anything like this. Not sure if there's enough room but Im going to check it out tomarrow for sure.....

look at sportsmans guide they sell a range finder mount that clamps to your scope for about 35 bucks.
