Default rail lube

What do you use to lubricate your rail? Turtle wax, those spray lubes or teflon sprays. I am having treouble with my serving fraying after awhile on one side of my rail and figure lubing it should help.

You should have been lubing your rail from day one. Shooting your bow dry will surely ruin your serving. I use Ten Point Rail Lube. HCA-111. Costs about $9.00

Rails should be lube very carefully if you get it into the trigger mechanism it will foul it out.
All most all co. that build X-bows sell a lube for there product. I like a very small amount of bees wax on the rail lightly about every 75 shots.

HCA-111 sold by 10 point is a rail lube and also a trigger lube combo. It works perfect on my x-bow and will not foul out the mechanism. That is what it is made for.

Dalton's String Conditioner. Lubes string and rail simultaneously. Nothing else necessary.

When I bought my crossbow from Wyvern, I asked the guy if there was anything else I needed and he told me about the Scorpion Venom. I bought it from his recommendation.

Would regular old scorpion venom like you use on a compound bow work?
