Default Any suggestion Best recurve crossbow for the buck?

I am new to crossbow hunting and looking to get a crossbow really like the idea of a recurve do to the simplicity of it. Can any one give me ideas of a good all around bow for a decent price. Want to keep it on a budget haven't really set a price yet so any and all suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

with outta doubt.... go excalibur !!!!!!!!
when i got my new vortex, i passed my vintage exomax and exocet down to my son and grandson !!! they have drulled over them for years.
all of them are user maintenance friendly. no bow shop needed !!!
and the accuracy and reliability is second to none.........
check the excalibur line out

You received two of the best recommendations you can get.

First is to call David at Wyvern Best phone call you can ever make
Secondly Excalibur makes only recurve crossbows and they are propbably the best value for the money TenPoint makes helluva a good recurve but Excal is just a little bit better!

Default Kodabow

Ask David at Wyverns about the Kodabow. It's a recurve bow that he offers in addition to Excaliburs. I have the Kodabow and like it quite a bit. It's built solid; I like the adjustable stock; the safety is very convenient, smooth up & down, no click; it has an anti-dry fire system; and it shoots accurately.

Good luck with your purchase.

Several ?s re the Koda:

1. What's the terms of the warranty?

2. How long has co been around?

3. In view of ADF, can you let the bow down without having to shoot it?

warranty is pretty standard...lifetime for the bow....five years for the limbs...non-transferrable....
