Default Horton customer service?

I have an issue with a bow recently received from Horton That resulted in serious damages. I have given them multiple attempts to contact me i.e. 3 emails, and two voicemails, to no avail.

Anyone else had similar problems?

You would be best advise to seek the advice of a very good lawyer that specializes in litigation against large firms in regards to personal injuries. Do not attempt to negotiate anything yourself nor should you speak to Horton yourself. Anything to the contrary may jeopardize an appropriate outcome.

After 5 shots the pulley assembly broke off and everything grenaded. I really dont want to say much more as I would really like them to handle this properly, as I am being more then kind in what I would deem an acceptable resolution. Though I am beginning to think the company may be suffering and as a result customer service has dropped causing me to choose another course of action.

Default Horton

I think Horton is moving to a larger place down the road and maybe this is the problem.

Right! Like you would know something about anything, That's a feeble excuse for Horton.

It may have more to do with Speaking or Understanding Chinese!

Dont really want to elaborate any more at the moment. I will say, I am not tying to get money out of them, just customer service, and it is well within reason. I will be amazed if they do not follow thru. If they do not Pics will be forthcoming of everything that happened.
