Fair price for new strings? Cables?
I need to replace the string (or have the server rewrapped) on my 10-point. I may also need a new cable. Some guys suggest that I order the parts and take them and the bow to a proshop for installation. Either way, what is a fair price for installation? Any specific questions I should ask from the shop? Thx.

Seems to me if you ordered it through the shop, installation would be less. Local shop charges much more for service performed on articles purchased elsewhere.
I do my own work, so above is based on what the shop owner said. That said, seems like$10.00 should be fair just to put string on compound. Recurve, less or even free is you order it there!.
