Finally... Exocet connects in Ohio!
 

Been hunting hard all fall... haven't seen any deer on our farm the last 2 months... it's like they disappeared. We had about 10" of snow this week and it's supposed to hit 0 degrees tonight. I thought I ought to sit... this guy walked up at 10 yards. 10 point with split brow tines and some junk around the bases. My best buck of a few... I've got some good fall pics of him.. never seen him alive. This may be late for some, but it's 2+ weeks sooner than I got my buck last year! (last day, last hour) Late season has been good to me! Thanks for the replies guys. Going this morning to pick up the cape and take to the taxidermist. Now I just have to decide on sneak, semi-sneak and lip curl! I haven't mounted one in a while and being that this is my best and it was shot on our small farm that's been in our family since the mid 1800's, it'll be a good candidate! I've still got a doe tag and I've got until the end of the month. Take care all. Jeff
