Default SCM Twinbow II

Here is a photo of the Swiss Crossbow Makers Twinbow II that I have been testing for a few months. It's unique in the crossbow world with it's cocking system, 8" power stroke, no tuning problems, ease of string changing, all stainless trigger mechanism (best factory trigger I've seen), no recoil and super quiet.

I'm using BCY 452X string material and BCY .026 black serving. I use Jigaloo (from Wal-Mart or Home Depot)spray on the barrel deck to minimize friction. The draw weight isover 350lbs with an 8" power stroke. I re-serve the center serving after about 50 shots. Only takes a few minutes. Just remove the 2 riser bolts and lift the whole riser/limb assembly off the barrel. There is plenty space fora spin server so the string does not have to be removed to re-serve it. It's an easy bow to work on. The Twinbow II limb press is cool.A string can be changed in only a few minutes. Retail price will be in the $1,700.00 range. They also make a truly custom Twinbow I that sells for around $8,000.00 :-) That is not a misprint.

I don't think I will ever have one. My wife keeps an eye on my crossbows and when I add one she knows
