I know I am a newbie to x-bows but why do people think that since the vortex is shorter than the exocet its easier to cock. They both have the same 15.5 inch rail therefore they still need to be pulled the same distance to lock in the arrow. I have both the phoenix and vortex(same overall length)and there is definitely a difference when i cock each one. i know cossack has both and i am sure he will agree.

yes they have the same power stroke but for shorter ppl the vortex being 1" shorter in stock makers it abit easier to cock
