Have you read your manual ? It most likely has the information your require within its covers. If not...for the best answer, call/e-mail the manufacturer! Mike Why is it...people don't follow the recommended recommendations from the manufacturer of yor given bow ? |
RE: rail lube
Try Jig-A-Loo on the rail (Wal-Mart, auto care section) Goes on wet, dries, slick as deer guts on a door knob. Great for keeping arrows from grabbin' layered targets too.

RE: rail lube
Wal Mart here doesn't carry it. I was able to find it at Home Depot. I think Menards may also carry it! ;)

RE: rail lube
What ever the answer is don't forget to lube your string. The strands rub against each other pretty hard under the serving and lubing the serving with something like Daltons or any other silicone based "string wax" is important.

I guess that in some cases even they don't know best. Going by factory recommendations I'd still be shooting crummy plastic moon nocks but you are right, reading the factory manuals is a hell of a good start:-) Home Depot stores across the country sell Jigaloo. |
