RE: Parker teminator
Had two of them,a 150lb and a 175lb.Both were great crossbows and
never had a bit of trouble out of either one of them. The people who I sold them to are raveing about them all the time, really like them!:) |
RE: Parker teminator
Last weekend, I shot the Safari Magnum, which is the 175lb Terminator with a thumb-hole stock. Nice crossbow. Fairly light for a compound and I really liked the trigger. Also, pretty fast and accurate as most any other quality crossbow.

RE: Parker teminator
Had lots of trouble with the cable slide flying off on mine. Finally replaced the cables(they didnt show any wear but must have been bad) the problem is now fixed but I bought 5 extra slidesjust in case. And yes the cable slide was on the correct way! I also solved the problem by getting a new Vortex -kept the Parker for backup just in case.

RE: Parker teminator
My brother in law has had to replace the trigger system twice but the third time seems to be the charm. The problem was mainly the anti-dryfire mechanism malfunctioning and wouldn't fire even with a bolt in it. This new trigger is about 3 pounds and smooth. No problems with anti-dryfire safety device yet. Regardless, he loves his Parker and it is very accurate when it fires. I would also like to add that the Parker customer service has been outstanding and he has nothing but high praises for them.
