RE: Lighted Nock DIY
I think things like that are neat and I'd be more than interested in giving it a try just out of curiousity, but to be honest I dont think I'd use something like that "in field", I like my gadgets just as much as anyone but I have a KISS mentality when it comes to my actual hunting equipment(bows/arrows/guns) and something like that wouldbe a little too elaborate anduntrustworthy for me
neat idea though, it really gets the mind workingonways to rig up a crossbow nock |

I'm sure its at my end and not your site though, my computers been acting up lately again, with all the gaming and music downloads my kids do it probably picked something up along the way... something else I'm going to have to deal with... its too bad too, your site looks pretty interesting... |

Here is the pic mentioned before
yes lighted nocks are really fun, if you set your camera with a slow enough shutter speed you get these results. To me best uses for these nocks are: Help retrieve game is arrows stays in the game help retrieve arrow (I am unconfortable at the idea of leaving a sharp broafdhead in the woods) Help understand arrow trajectory (especially with broadheads) Enjoy Mirko |
