XBOW CASES
Does anyone know of a hard xbow case for an Excalibur Vortex?

RE: XBOW CASES
Try the Flambeau Stingray Hard Case
Bring your xbow to your sports / archery shop and make sure it fits.It should >>>> You will love this case !!!! |
RE: XBOW CASES
I sure would like a hard case for my phoenix. I didn't think there was any wide enough.

RE: XBOW CASES
I got a hard case with my Stryker. The only problem, it's not tall enough. I have to remove my scope to close it. My bow takes up a lot less space when it's not in the case.

RE: XBOW CASES
I have a HortonHunter MAX 200 pounder with Scope
The xbow is 37 1/2" long 8 1/2" high 27" Wide And fits in the Flambeau Stingray Case Great with room to Boot !! Has two pillar compartments for storgae of bheads & wax etc. Padded ~~~~ Room to lay the arrows & quiver beside the bow for safe transportation >>>>> And lay the Horton EZ crank on the other side of the bow with no problems >>>> |
RE: XBOW CASES
There are no known xbow cases that will fit Excals wider limbs. Most Excal guys use doubleplastic guncases and take the riser/limbs off the rail w/ two allen screws. Goes back together w/ no change in poi.

RE: XBOW CASES
Didn't have no idea them bows where that big.......
I'm going to take a closer look at my next trip to the bow shop !!!! |
RE: XBOW CASES
I use a compound case, it works perfect! Like awshucks said, breaking it down and reassembling it has no affect on POI. A dozen arrows, all the toys, scope in tact, quiver and off I go.

RE: XBOW CASES
After seeing Pydpiper's setup I decided to do the same. There is enough room to puta small tackle box and a saddle pouch along with the crossbow. Works very well and is much smaller than if there was a hardcase for it.

RE: XBOW CASES
