I'd rather eat peanuts out of monkey poop rather than carry the arrows around on a quiver!

I am 6' tall 175lbs, and extra pound or two makes no difference to me.
Monkey poop, this I would have to see...

I use thequiver mounted when going in to the stand or out. But like the others I take it off the bow during hunting. You spend to much time practicing without. Why take a chance it will hang up on something. And also, if you have put any kind of silencers on the bow the quiver is just adding the vibrations (SOUND) back.

RE: quiver question?
I can't say I am gonna eat any peanuts, but I hate walking or hunting with a quiver. Those things are designed to reach out and grab every little thing they can snag on. The Excal without a quiver won't fit though my doors and with the quiver you need landing lights. Lets just say it's not the ideal stocking weapon unless your walking down a dirt road.

RE: quiver question?
I use my hip quiver
it cant find a way to use a sling and aquiverwith the standard mount at the same time and I'd much rather have a sling, I dont care for the top mounted quivers much either
Ilike using the hip quiver better anyway, I've thought about designing a custom mount myself for an on bow quiver but I dont like bow mounted quivers anyway so the work envolved wouldnt be worth it
