x-bow String Making - Materials Help

I am going to start making my own strings for my 150lb compound x-bow.

The strings I need are centre served, 16" in length with end loops for teardrop attachment onto the cam wire ends.

What is the best bowstring for compound crossbow use?

I am currently intending to use BCY DynaFLIGHT 97 with Brownell Diamondback no4 Thread as the Centre serving (seems to match the original serving) and Soft Twist Thread (or the diamond back again) for the end loop servings.
Can I have some expert opinion on this selection as I am newbie and wasn't sure if I should have ordered fastflight for string and fastflight servings instead.

Cheers

There is no best material to use. It depends on what you are looking for in a string/cable. I think you should contact Gibblet. You'll find him in the technical forum.

Opps, in answer to my own question a little more research has told me that Dynaflight 97 is positivity dangerous string material to use with compound bows equipped with steel cable/teardrop set up and that the correct suitable material is Dacron B-50.
