what are you buyin another bow for? you cant even hit anything with the other ones you have!!:D;)just messin with ya,

is that string supposed to be all frayed looking by the limbtips?

Atta boy DNK i got a pse compound for myself but dont think ill put down the barnett this season as its still faster but louder. My compound bow is real quiet but ill try it as well do you get to hunt around the T.O way at all or do you travel at all?

When I hunt in Ontario I lurk around the Millbrook/Garden Hill area (between Peterborough and New Castle). Other than that I go to northern Alberta every year.

Looks cool Don! That was the one thing I disliked about my Dreamcast that you have on yours is the rug rest! I disliked being bound to feathers and disliked having to go to the shop refletching all the time. Good luck and keep us up to speed.

Thomas, what you are looking at is a Flemish string that is finished off in a tapper. When the strands are all lined up ready to be turned into a string they are all different lengths so string tapers from the outside in. You are looking at the ends of the varying lengths of strands.
