RE: yote help,for pydpiper.........
Thanks! I will look into that home made caller, I can see that be a much better way of doing things.
Can't say why I am getting so obsessed with hunting these things, maybe because I am surrounded by them and can't seem to get a shot in. Pretty tight regulation here where I live, coyotes are not only plentiful but they are open to hunt all year. |
RE: yote help,for pydpiper.........
glad i can help ya, there very simple to make, also piper, r you jus tring to make a regular yote call , that sounds like a yote????, try gettin calls like a distressed rabbit, some kinda wounded call, i know they work alot better down here, than jus a reg yote call..........good luck and i wanna see some dead yotes soon

RE: yote help,for pydpiper.........
Hmmm, I wonder if the squirrelkilla took his pet (black, white, and red all over) squirrel and choked it every once in a while, what would come in

RE: yote help,for pydpiper.........
I want to make whatever sound I can to get one in range, I have a distress rabbit call, some squeekers and now this howler that makes me sound like an intoxicated duck.
With the home brew electronic caller how do you control what it is doing? Just loop a howl and wait? doesn't the thing start getting clued in as it gets closer and the sounds don't change? |
