i tried to order some strings for my new quad 400(god i love saying that), on ebay, well the dealer sent me a reply saying he was out of them, but there on back order, and he asked me how soon i need it it, i said well i just wanted a back up, because i heard the company went bankrupt. well he sent me a reply back , saying yes they did go bankrupt.....BUT A BANK BOUGHT THEM, AND THEY ARE KEEPING THE SAME NAME.so imma guess they are restructuring ...........and this is my news as of today

I don't get he bank bought it.. Banks typically don't buy failing businesses and business that aren't failing don't often sell to banks..
This doesn't sound like good news to me..

Might not have the right name for it but sounds like they are doing one of them chapter 4 or 11 bankruptcies, when you are broke, but negotiate with a judge to let you get out of debt and still keep your business. Don't know the number but theres one for it.

That would be Chapter 11, I hope this works out for you Barnett owners.. If it is a chapter 11 thyan one of two thing is going to happen, they will rpovide world class service to restore business or scheme their way out of it.. I would suspect that a company of that size would try to restore their name.
