Welcome to the forums!
It would be easier if you specify what alot of money is.. You have a lot of options..

Welcome,, are you more interested in a compound crossbow or re-curve style crossbow?

That's a lot of money to anyone..
I think you will be pleasantly surprised with what you can get for that kind of money, and less. The only crossbow I know about is my own, others will be along soon that have a broader knowledge..

Well I just ordered an exocet at
http://www.bowhunterssuperstore.com/index.php?cPath=40_145
for 399 and I already have a 185 pound 10 point with accudraw.
Some people say you just cant beat them. I have one of the very early 10 points from before they changed the name but I upgraded whem they came out with the185 pound bow.
Some of the Hortons are also excellant if you get near the top of the line.
Lots of options had lots of fun looking but I guess I knew what I would end up with; should be here Friday and I have one tag left and this big 12 point has been drifting through my place now and then. Lee

Most every one here can help you on your choice,I would caution you
about the Barnett Brand, altough I shoot one with great success,no
major problems yet, their reputation is not the best and if I had it to do
over would have researched more before I bought what I have.Excalibur,
Ten Point,Horton can be bought at different places,e-bay, Bowhunters
super store, etc.Good luck on your search and like I said folks here are
willing to help with advice if you need it!
