Ranger, I do have a disability and have been checking all crossbows and gathering all the info I possibly can. Been doing this for almost a year now. Ihave learned many things on the forum from these guys.

Ihunted Hogs with Dogs for 42yrs (1952-1957)Military time interval and then (1965-2002)and went to Gun TreeStand hunting Deer in 2002. I had many friends that hunted Archery and I would sit and talk with them for many hours about archery hunting, but I havenever Shot orOwned any kind of a bow. I have a safe with 47 Long Guns......Rifles, Shotguns and Muzzle Loaders.

Hopefully I will convince the doctor to let me go this coming season!!With a crossbow of course!!!

I had my C5 & C6 cervical disc removed and fused a few yrs back.I do have alittle trouble drawing my compounds and recurves but Iam hopeing that I can keep doing it,as the yrs go on it gets harder to do,my right arm, thumb, pointer and middle finger are still numb do to my neck injury. Now you know why I have a intrest in crossbows.
I go to the Doc in two weeks for a complete physical and Iam going to ask about my neck, arm and hand.Iam only 46 and have a feeling that by the time I hit 50 I wont be able to use my compound, recurve orlongbow.
I have 7 long guns,2 shotgunsand 8 handguns but I perfure shooting arrows at deer.
I posted a question on the right forum now so this one can stay on topic.

My bad. When he said he had been wanting to get it working for years I figured he meant something else since the digital camera have only been popular for the last two or three years. I assumed he had something really old.

Was the vivitar a trail camera or just a regular hand held camera? I did not realize they made digital trail camerasthat long ago. Digital is definitely the way to go now days. We bought a Canon Rebel a few months back and it is about the best digital I have used to date.

Of course seven years ago I was still honeymooning and not spending much money on hunting at all! I don't even think I was on cabelas mailing list then![&o]
